Campania

Arbosto Bianco Arbosto Bianco $10.00

Down in the south of Italy, wine and seafood are everyday if not multiple times a day. Straightforward, big acid to cut olive oil, body to fit on the table any time. A rare grape for us but one that dates back thousands of years to Greece. Try it with rich seafood and see how it simply works perfectly.

Arbosto Rosso Arbosto Rosso $11.00

We love affordable easy drinkers! Medium to full bodied with very soft tannins despite the high tannin Aglianico. Bright acidity and rustic notes with tart red cherries and green olives flavors. Add a little earthy herb and a light amount of spice then a long finish with hints of chocolate, baking spices, and some peppery, toasted oak.

La Capranera La Capranera $14.00

Like Mount Vesuvius, this wine is also from Campania and will equally blow your top! 100% Falanghina, juicy pineapple and guava, gorgeous aromatics of white flowers with a background of stony minerality. Perfect for seafood or in a recliner on your patio! A great everyday wine at an affordable price.

Cantine Faliesi Breccia Cantine Faliesi Breccia $15.00

The volcanic soils in the town of Tufo lends itself to making some outstanding wines. This being one of them. Aromatics of lemons, pears and toasted almonds, peach and apricot on the palate and bright acidity.

Villa Matilde Villa Matilde $18.00

This Fiano shows a beautiful bouquet of white flowers, fresh herbs and chalky minerality. Tropical fruits, melon and stone fruits on the palate. Round body with lovely acidity, pairs well with seafood, poultry and a variety of cheeses.

Once the 30 year old vines give up their bounty, and the grapes are harvested and pressed, they are kept in stainless steel at a low temperature to prevent fermentation until an order is received in order to provide the freshest wine possible.
