Bitto Bistro is Closing April 24th

It is with heavy heart that we share the news that we have been told we have to leave our space at the Orchard. The new owners have something newer and shinier they want in our place. We have so many memories and friendships from the past 12 years, and can't say thank you enough to those who have supported us through some crazy times. Our amazing staff is family as are many of you, please know that it wasn't due to any lack of support or pandemic causes but merely the wheels of larger business rolling over our small one with their own agenda. We will be closing after Sunday dinner service on April 24th to prepare the space for whoever comes next. Again, thank you all for the love and support for the concept and passion that was Bitto, we will miss you all.

Fun New Arrivals

  • Poquito Moscato

    Poquito Moscato

Lightly sparkling, fruity and sassy, Poquito is small in size but big on taste. Delicate floral aromas combine with a sweet yet refreshing palate of ripe peaches, pears and apricots. Apply liberally at any social occasion. Great right out of the bottle but really amazing with mint and rum as a mojito!

  • Maimai Syrah

    Maimai Syrah

So pretty. Brings a clear nose of Gimblett Gravels terroir beneath lush soft blue and black fruit with lovely violet and lavender notes. Palate is clean, balanced and very approachable. Just a hint of the Northern Rhone's meatiness but mostly bright fruit and enough acidity to hold it in check. Maybe the best NZ Syrah out there??

  • Armas de Guerra Mencia

    Armas de Guerra Mencia

An excellent introduction to Bierzo's native varietal, the palate is fresh, elegant, and clean. Energetic aromas of fresh blue fruits, violet and white pepper, plus a subtle touch of licorice. Supple and gently sweet on the palate, offering sappy boysenberry and floral highlights with a hint of smokiness.

  • Broc Carignan

    Broc Carignan

From 130+ yr old vines, and on original rootstock comes this remarkable Carignan. All native yeasts, no SO2 used during production means pure bright flavors of tart cherry, blueberry and unmistakeable juicy tang from carbonic maceration. Why spend $34 on wine.com?
