The palate brings a welcome red fruit to the darkness with some strawberry hints. Little bit of vanilla, pepper and boysenberry as well with just a hint of oaky grip too.



Robert Oatley Robert Oatley $17.00

From the Margaret River in Australia, this Chardonnay has a lovely balance of character. Stainless steel production with some time on the lee, but no malo (Geek speak). So what you end up with is a Chard with subtle biscuit aromas followed by stone and tropical fruits. Great for a day spent on the patio.

Hard to find gem with a vibrant pale yellow and green hue, aromas of limes and citrus jump from the glass and carry through to a seamless long and elegant palate showing subtle flavors of white peach and citrus peel. An ageable beauty with its high acid and ample fruit.

Amon Ra Amon Ra $92.00

The 2014 Amon Ra reflects the tried and true essence of the Glaetzer style - generosity of flavor with finesse of structure. The inky purple color displays the gentle but full extraction. The nose shows an abundance of dark blueberry, vanilla, black cherry and hints of cassis with notes of mixed spice and anise. Although still young and firmly wound, the vibrant blackberry and dried spice flavors integrate well with youthful yet supple tannins with the trademark loooong and sleek finish. Meant to go 10 to 15 years to hit its prime.
