Classic Bitto Platter $15.00
Our famous charcuterie and cheese platters are available to go! We take our delicious platters and serve them up on rigid black catering trays that are beautiful and ready to serve for your friends, family or co-workers. Loaded with dried cranberries, Granny Smith Apples, Black Mission Figs, fresh baguette, Nita Crisp Crackers and Cippoline Onions.
Basil Pesto Dip $35.00
Garnished with red and yellow peppers, baby carrots and zucchini, our homemade basil charged pesto is similar to hummus with its base of chickpeas. Served with Rosemary flat bread.
House Salad $45.00
Our house/starter salad is a great start to the party. Feeds 8-10 people and comes with dressing on the side. Freshly cut cucumbers, sliced red onion, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, candied walnuts and your choice of crumbled cheese on top.
Apple Nut & Blue $50.00
Feeding 8-10 people, this customer favorite features Granny Smith Apples, candied walnuts and Rougue Creamery's Oregon Blue Cheese. Also with cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumbers.
Beet & Goat Salad $50.00
Mixed greens topped with roasted golden beets, candied walnuts, mandarin oranges and our own spiced goat cheese crumbles. Feeds 8-10 people.
Tomato Basil Bruchetta $52.00
The favorite appetizer for years has to be our own fresh tomato and basil Bruschetta. Served with sides of shaved Prima Donna Red and Balsamic Glaze. served atop a toasted baguette.
Albondigas $54.00
Homemade Spanish style meatballs made from beef, lamb and pork. A little smoky with a subtle kick. Sides are green onions and shavings of Spanish Idiazabal cheese. About 20 meat balls per order.
Salmon Rillette Platter $55.00
Served with fresh, organic Breadworks' baguette, whole grain French mustard, diced red onion, organic dilled egg, Granny Smith Apple and dried black mission figs. Feeds about 10 people as an appetizer.
