Orchard Wine CellarThe Orchard Wine Cellar is the retail "partner" of Bitto Bistro offering most if not all of the wines sold at the restaurant at retail prices. Plus we always have something fun and unique that we found lurking in the back of a warehouse somewhere!

As a retail shop, we are able to provide your to-go platter from Bitto with a perfect wine pairing for enjoyment at home.

All of our wines feature a detailed tasting note written by our in-house sommeliers and we are happy to make reccomendations. 

We also offer additional wine related services like cellar stocking, cellar management and even cellar building. We have access to thousands more wines than we can stock and welcome your special orders!

What do we know about Portuguese wine? Not enough apparently! This rose is an excuse to better acquaint yourself with this country. Very feminine aromas of strawberry and pink mulberry. Most of the Lambrusco that has hit our shores has been syrupy, nasty stuff like Ruinite (ruin is in the name) and whatever they pour in the Garden of Olives. This is a different creature altogether, bringing soft red raspberry and pink grapefruit up front before finishing clean and dry. It will change your worldview in a single serving.

Plum Creek Palisade Red Plum Creek Palisade Red $15.00

A surprisingly awesome display of how a Colorado wine can be done. This Palisade blend is balanced in all the right places. Fruit, earth, tannin and acid come together in a lovely glass of juice. Goes to show not all Colorado wine is sweet, sweet, sweet!



La Picossa La Picossa $15.00

For those of you who are not aware, there is a white Garnacha...and it's awesome! A beautiful bouquet of dried herbs, citrus, stonefruit and toasted almond. A preferred grape variety in Cataluna, an area rich with history and winemaking tradition. Grown at some of the highest altitudes in the region, providing great acidity and balance. Definitely one for your table.



Scarpetta Scarpetta $15.00

Local head Chef Patterson of Frasca and MS Bobby Stuckey work with premium producers from the Friuli region in Italy to bring home some high quality juice. This Pinot Grigio shows stonefruit, minerality, salinity and lovely acid.



Tessellae Tessellae $15.00

Grenache, Syrah and Mouvedre take most of the shine in southern France. But this carignan from Languedoc carves out its own spot, rightfully so. Rich dark fruits with a background of floral, spice and minerality. Round, smooth tannins and oh so easy to drink.



Zantho Zweigelt Zantho Zweigelt $15.50

Andau, Burgenland lies on the eastern side of Austria, bordering Hungary. An area studded with lakes along with a cool climate and rocky, gravelly soils. All this goes into creating unique wines, this Zweigelt is no exception. Exuding minerality and an earthy forest floor nose, complemented by cranberry, blueberry and black fruits. Refreshing acidity and soft tannins, this wine is easy to pair with a variety of foods!



Zantho Blaufrankisch Zantho Blaufrankisch $15.50

If you have had our Donausonne Blaufrankisch, this is nothing like it! A beautiful dry wine, enticing minerality, cherry, red fruits with an underlying herbaceous quality. A light body, great acidity and light tannins. Let this wine surprise you with its versatility when it comes to pairing with a dish. A great companion to poultry or red meat!



Can Blau Can Blau $16.00

Wine has been produced in Montsant for over 2,000 years. The diverse soil types and landscapes are conducive to making a high quality product. Surrounding Priorat, and sharing it's Llicorella soil, this wine has a lot going on. Dark cherry, black and blue berries, spice, herbs and minerality. Good amount of tannin with acid to balance.



Robert Oatley Robert Oatley $17.00

From the Margaret River in Australia, this Chardonnay has a lovely balance of character. Stainless steel production with some time on the lee, but no malo (Geek speak). So what you end up with is a Chard with subtle biscuit aromas followed by stone and tropical fruits. Great for a day spent on the patio.



Baracchi Olillio Baracchi Olillio $18.00

Ok, we are a little obsessed with Italian wines here at Bitto. We carry a few lines from this particular producer, and each one has something to offer. This "super Tuscan" blends international varieties like Merlot, Cab Sav, Syrah and Sangiovese. Bright red fruits, beautiful structure and acidity. If you like this wine, try their higher tier products.



Schieferkopf Schieferkopf $19.00

Acid freaks rejoice! This dry Riesling shows the classic stone minerality and petrol on the nose with floral aromatics as well. The palate yields citrus, green apple and stonefruits with mouth watering acidity. A great food wine or one simply just to drink.



Bear Creek wheat vodka Bear Creek wheat vodka $24.00

100% locally sourced, organic wheat distilled in a 16 plate column still then cold filtered. Remarkably smooth with a subtle sweetness on the nose and palate. Great in cocktails but also fine enough to sip straight up!



Rinomato Rinomato $24.00

Move over Aperol! This aperitivo is perfect for spritzers and cocktails. A happy medium between Aperol and Campari, this Italian liqueur has aromas of orange peel and vanilla and a wonderful bouquet of infused botanicals.



Shotfire Shotfire $26.00

Big, bold, rustic! An Aussie Shiraz made in a more traditional fashion. Exhibiting those dark red and black fruits, pepper and spice. Aged in 100% American oak which adds coconut and dill to the glass. Big body, pleanty of tannins, perfect for grilled meats and BBQ.

From high above the floor of Napa Valley comes this Cab Sav. Plum, blackberry, baking spice and vanilla with earthy and vegetal nuances. Big body with smooth tannins makes this an enjoyable drinker.



Lopez de Heredia Gravonia 2009 Lopez de Heredia Gravonia 2009 $33.00

This is how you can enjoy a 10 year old bottle of wine, without spending 10 years salary on it! From Rioja Alta, this famed producer brings this 100% Viura to your table. Oxidative qualities of dried stone and tropical fruits, salinity with great acid. One of those wines you can certainly drink now, or lay down for quite a long time.



Bear Creek cask rum Bear Creek cask rum $37.00

This rum begins with fermented evaporated cane juice, then aged in American oak barrels. At 120 proof you'd expect to be breathing fire after a drink. But this rum is amazingly smooth for such a high ABV. Beautiful character from barrel aging makes this a winner!



Fontanafredda Fontanafredda $46.00

When it comes it Italian wine, Barolo is king. Fontanafredda has been around so long they once supplied the royal family with their wine. Robust nose of dried violets and herbs, black cherry, subtle spices and even a little anise. Approachable yet noticeable tannins balanced well by its acidity. Truly this wine is noble.

Mashed, fermented, distilled and aged all in house. Matured in American white oak barrels for a minimum of 2 years. A beautiful deep color, spice and oak on the nose, smooth mouth feel with cereal grain, spice and clove on the palate.



Augier le singulier Augier le singulier $56.00

Founded in 1643, Augier is the oldest producer of cognac in the world! This cognac in particular uses 100% Folle Blanche, providing unique characteristics. Aromatic, fruity notes with subtle nuances of caramel from oaking. Ridiculously smooth and delicious. It's no mystery why Augier have been in business for so long!
