Flare Moscato $11.00

Casteller Cava $12.00

Slightly higher in elevation allows for better acidity balancing bright clean citrus and green apple flavors. A full year on the lees gives the bread dough nose and depth of character.
Tomasella Ose $15.00
Ready to see what other sweeet bubbles besides Moscato Italy has to offer? From the Northeast of Italy comes this lovely demi-sec. Not quite as sweet as Moscato, and with more body. Lovely plum and cherry flavors. Enjoy on our patios or with our lovely soft goat cheeses next door.

Tintero Moscato $16.00
Sori Gramella refers to the one of the only single vineyard Moscatos, and Marco is the only producer to bottle this striking limestone amphitheater commercially. Once the 30 year old vines give up their bounty, and the grapes are harvested and pressed, they are kept in stainless steel at a low temperature to prevent fermentation until an order is received in order to provide the freshest wine possible.
