An interesting cool climate Aussie Chard. Acidity is lively, no skanky pineapple juice flavors. Nose shows some minerality, melon and peach. Round creamy texture, some lees treatment evident. A little lemon curd shows as well. Nicely done.
Dry Riesling is a tricky beast. This sustainably farmed version from Victoria is teasingly aromatic, yet with a solid structure that will indeed stand up to game, especially Turkey and fowl. Aromas of lime, citrus and apple spice play rose petal.
