Barrique Pinot Noir $19.00
A beautifully ripe and balanced Pinot Noir from the Sonoma Coast. Bright red fruit with just a hint of blue fruit wrapped by rhubarb, cedar, earth and pepper. It is a beautiful representation of the cool-climate Sonoma Coast and is made to drink now.
Wind Gap Trousseau Gris $21.00
What the heck is Trousseau Gris? Well, its a light and crisp white wine from the alpine mountain sides of France in the Jura. We never knew that California could make a wine like this. Wonderful acidity with loads of tropical fruit notes and the palate is something not to be read but enjoyed.
Neyers Syrah $38.00
A wine that has always scored more than 90 points from all major raters. Made traditionally, still crushed by foot! The wine is bright purple, deep and dark, with an exotic aroma of crushed black berries and fennel. Coffee, bacon fat and freshly ground black pepper make it pair with beef and lamb wonderfully - especially cuts with good amounts of fat. The closest I've seen CA come to a true Hermitage.
Big aromatics of baked blueberry, sun-kissed blackberry, vanilla bean, leather, tobacco leaf, cinnamon, dried mint, cherry-cola, and some warm earthy tones. Gorgeously enticing complexity. Sonoma's elegance with Napa's power. 2 years in French oak.
