Food for Hope Fundraiser

Bitto Bistro is proud to be partnering with Adams County Food for Hope on Saturday October 20th starting at 5pm! Food for Hope delivers children from hunger in Adams County, Colorado. You can pre-purchase paella or auctions here but it is not required to do so, it just helps us prepare enough food! Research indicates that even mild malnutrition experienced by young children during critical periods of growth impacts their behavior, school performance, and overall cognitive development. There are thousands of children in Adams County alone that are not receiving enough to eat. Our mission is to empower and nourish the future of the community by providing nutritious food to children in need. Each student enrolled with our program receives nutritional assistance throughout the school year.

We'll be cooking a seafood paella on the patio this night! Please note the paella is ready when its ready, aiming for 7pm but may be a little later depending on weather!



Wine Auction Wine Auction $15.00

Bitto Bistro in partnership with Food for Hope is hosting a wine auction on this night with wines from the featured Spanish Wine Flight and presenting some exclusive hard to find bottles. Food for Hope will benefit by receiving 100% of the net profits from the Wine Auction!

    The 2014 Amon Ra reflects the tried and true essence of the Glaetzer style - generosity of flavor with finesse of structure. The inky purple color displays the gentle but full extraction. The nose shows an abundance of dark blueberry, vanilla, black cherry and hints of cassis with notes of mixed spice and anise. Although still young and firmly wound, the vibrant blackberry and dried spice flavors integrate well with youthful yet supple tannins with the trademark loooong and sleek finish. Meant to go 10 to 15 years to hit its prime.

    This single vineyard, certified sustainable sav blanc shows lovely white flower, chili pepper, and gooseberry on the nose with some sandy mineralogy. Very nice weight and balance showing passion fruit, ripe apple flavors. Such a pleasant surprise is the roundness, the acid is lively and energetic but not abrasive.
