Casteller usually sells their grapes to high end producers but retains a few of the best acres for this affordable, quality Brut. Slightly higher in elevation allows for better acidity balancing bright clean citrus and green apple flavors. A full year on the lees gives the bread dough nose and depth of character.

A wine that exceeds all expectations. Aged for at least two years, the palate is developed and shows rich complex flavors, creamy texture with amazing raspberry and toasty aromas. A fine salmon color with very aggressive mousse.

Chardonnay with some Parellada and aged for a full two years on the lees. This is gorgeous Cava! Intensity of flavor grows over time with grapefruit, orange zest and spicy bread aroma. Awesome mousse gives it a lovely texture in the mouth. Finish is vibrant and lasts.

A truly remarkable vintage rose cava. Delicious nose of blueberry and raspberry scones with tiny pin prick bubbles. The monastrell brings just a faint whisp of blueberry and blackberry to the traditional apple, pear and light melon flavors. Finishes so clean and light.

Italy's quiet Champagne killer, the wines of Franciacorta are made from the same grapes in the same method as the finest Champagnes and usually surpass them in quality and always surpass them in value. Equal parts Chard and Pinot Noir, vintage 2009, and 4 years on the lees! Possesses a balance of weight and lightness, lovely bread dough nose, crisp acid, its all beautiful!
A long aging provides additional flavors of vanilla, roasted nuts and a hint of toast. A result of the carefully chosen infusion of terroir and reserve wines, the finish is long. Imparting to the finish is lightness from Chardonnay, fruitiness from Pinot Noir and roundness provided by Pinot Meunier.
