Live Music at 6-9pm Cost-Free

We love finding new singer songwriters and hope you can stop in to listen to Ryan Hutchens. Ryan is a South Carolina born singer songwriter and multi instrumentalist currently based in Denver, Colorado. Bitto Bistro's intimate North dining room is a prefect place to experience his music. He has been touring the US since 2013, performing solo acoustic shows influenced by a blend of American folk, bluegrass, gospel, and contemporary singer-songwriters. His performances draw from his own discography as well as an extensive list of Americana covers and select tracks from his favorite classic and contemporary songwriters.

Ryan released his first full length album, entitled Collection, in September 2016 and his second original album, The Last Ten Years, in October 2017. After five years and more than one thousand shows, Ryan has found a new home in the Colorado music scene where he continues to create music and bring his live performances to people around the state and the country.

From others in the media who have heard him perform...

A voice that’s as silky as bathing in a bath of melted chocolate and as haunting and full of feeling as a million emotion-filled movie scenes...

— Kevin Oliver, Sound Of Confusion

Hutchens strums songs for strolling along southern trails, to chorus hymns in the key of confidence. Listen as the acoustics strum the distances between Columbia and Denver where Hutchens voice trails like an express engine trekking away from the hometown of the south to the pointed rocky mountain high peaks.

Orchard Wine Cellar Movers and Shakers This Week

  • Tintero Moscato

    #1 Tintero Moscato

Sori Gramella refers to the one of the only single vineyard Moscatos, and Marco is the only producer to bottle this striking limestone amphitheater commercially. Once the 30 year old vines give up their bounty, and the grapes are harvested and pressed, they are kept in stainless steel at a low temperature to prevent fermentation until an order is received in order to provide the freshest wine possible.
    (Holding the #1 spot)

  • Sweet Sunset Chocolate Merlot

    #2 Sweet Sunset Chocolate Merlot

First lets say that this is Not ChocoVine. This wine is actually made with eighty five percent Merlot and than has natural chocolate cream added to the mix. This is the wine for anyone looking for sweet red or the chocolate lover at home. Great gift for the holidays. (behind by 15 bottles)

  • Armas de Guerra Rose

    #3 Armas de Guerra Rose

My heavens! 50+ year old, organic Mencia vines from some of the highest vineyards in Bierzo. Subtle aromas of strawberry, pink grapefruit and white pepper play with clean river rock minerality touched by zesty key lime. Balance and finish are tied together with a vibrating acidity. Structured and executed like a world class ballerina doing flamenco. Sells out every year for good reason. Lighter than Provence, a different planet than White Zin. The only hard part is only opening one bottle at a time. (behind by 8 bottles)

  • Fiore Nebbiolo

    #4 Fiore Nebbiolo

A beautifully balanced Nebbiolo. Aromas of dried violets, earth and hints of anise. The palate yields more savory earthiness, dark cherry, pomegranate, subtle notes from oak. Enough tannin to wait a few years, but enough acid to approach now. We envision a glass of this next to a piece of roast lamb. (behind by 1 bottles)

Fun New Arrivals

  • Chateau Redortier Beaumes de Venise

    Chateau Redortier Beaumes de Venise

Wine geeks know of Gigondas and Vacqueras that show off Grenache like no other. Bordering both is Beaumes de Venise which is known for fortified Muscat. On a steep hillside (at 1500 ft!) twin sisters Sabine and Isabelle make this earthy, spicy blend of Grenache, Syrah and Counoise. A gorgeous wine.

  • Porron Decanter

    Porron Decanter

The porron wine pitcher is a festive way to serve wine. Either use as a decanter or just pick up the porron and tilt it so that a thin stream of wine pours directly into your mouth! It takes some skill, but it is fun at a party to see how well you and your friends master the technique. Each porron holds 1 liter, which is a perfect size to hold a bottle of wine.

  • Armas de Guerra Mencia

    Armas de Guerra Mencia

An excellent introduction to Bierzo's native varietal, the palate is fresh, elegant, and clean. Energetic aromas of fresh blue fruits, violet and white pepper, plus a subtle touch of licorice. Supple and gently sweet on the palate, offering sappy boysenberry and floral highlights with a hint of smokiness.

  • Clos Mazurique

    Clos Mazurique

Along the Loire river you'll find Saumur. Cab Franc dominates the red plantings and we can see a prime example with this bottle. Perfumed floral aromas, dark cherry, forest floor and mineral. Gorgeous mouthfeel and smooth tannic structure. Bright acidity making this wine an easy drinker.
